If you arrived here from becca-expressions then you are in the right spot. The blog hop is a big circle, so you can start here and work your way around. If you get lost along the way, Melinda's Blog has a complete list of all the participating consultants.
This month we have around 11 Close To My Heart Makers/Consultants sharing their creations using this month's SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs.
Today, I have a couple of simple monochromatic cards to share with you.
I used Pattern 5 from Make it from Your Heart Vol. 4 to create these cards.
Here are some close-ups. I stamped the backgrounds tone on tone using Toffee ink and cardstock. For the dogs I also added toffee shimmer brush to their noses. I inked the edges of all the paper with the Espresso ink pad.
I sponged Toffee ink behind the images & splattered Toffee shimmer brush as well. The animals are stamped with Espresso ink on Kraft paper and then fussy cut out and popped up on Thin Foam Tape.
I stamped the sentiments in Espresso ink and added the doodle lines with the .01 Black journaling pen
This month is Cardstock Carnival and so I wanted to feature some of it. I have used colours from the Brown Cardstock Bundle and White Daisy.
I hope you enjoyed these cards and I would love to hear what you think of them.
Now "Hop" on over to Brenda Lapp to see what she has created! Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas and other fun ideas!
